Carrier authorizes Black Knight Transportation LLC to book freight using Carrier’s motor carrier authority. Dispatcher will act on Carrier’s behalf to secure loads, with all freight moved under Carrier’s authority.
Promise to Pay
The Carrier agrees to pay Black Knight Transportation LLC the agreed dispatch fee for each load booked. Payment is due within 24 hours of the Carrier receiving payment from the broker or factoring company, unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payment may result in late fees or suspension of service.Hold Harmless / Indemnity
